2023 ACHIEVEMENTS
As we enter further into January, its important to take a look back at some of the achievements from 2023, to keep up motivation through this month, whether that’s personal or professional achievements. We wanted to share some of our achievements as a company in the past 12 months, as it has been such an extraordinary and transformative year for us. This year has been filled with "firsts", each representing not only significant growth but also our team's incredible and unwavering commitment to the mission of providing exceptional care services.
Unveiling New Horizons in the North-East
Embarking on an exciting chapter, we announced the expansion of our services across the United Kingdom into the North-East. Our two new facilities stand as monumental markers in our company's history, symbolizing not only our furthered geographical expansion but also our heartfelt dedication to reaching new communities and extending our exemplary care services to individuals in previously untapped regions.
Overcoming Challenges and Transforming
Our new Emergency Accommodation and Respite Service was taken over from a previous provider, with a previous rating of ‘Requires Improvement’ from CQC (Care Quality Commission). Thanks to the tireless work of our amazing staff, the service has since been upgraded to a rating of ‘Good’! This really shows our caregivers and management team’s dedication to care and the difference we can make on people’s lives.
Flourishing Presence in Greater Manchester
Building upon the success of our expansion endeavours, we are delighted to share that our services in Greater Manchester have experienced significant growth, further solidifying our presence in this dynamic and vibrant community. Our dedication to providing high-quality care resonates deeply in every community we have the privilege to serve.

As part of our journey filled with 'firsts', we are honoured to be recognized with the People's Choice Cheshire Award from North-west Family Business of the Year. This reflects the trust and unwavering support our community places in us, and for this, we are profoundly grateful.
