Experience:

  • At least 2 years of senior leadership experience within a person-centered social care setting. Proven track record of successful team leadership and service delivery.

  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, best practices in adult social care, and relevant legislation.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

  • Minimum NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).

  • Driver’s licence and access to a car is essential.

Quality & Compliance Officer

£18,000 per year

Experience:

  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent within Health and Social Care is desirable. Quality management experience desirable but not required.

  • Comfortable in managing and meeting KPI’s.

  • Ability to execute Quality & Compliance policies/procedures/practices as required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Able to deal with queries in a calm and helpful manner.

  • Able to work under own initiative.

Supported Living Service Manager

£35,000 - £40,000 per year

PBS Practitioner

  • Possess specialized training in Positive Behaviour Support (e.g., PBS BTEC Level 4 or equivalent).

  • Minimum 3 years experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

  • The ability to translate often complex behavioural theories into effective and easily understood support strategies.

  • Passionate about reducing the use of restrictive practices and promoting positive behavioural support approaches.

  • Possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation, best practices, and ethical guidelines.

  • Driver’s licence and access to a car are essential for the job.

Finance Director

£70,000 - £80,000

Experience:

  • Analytically minded and familiarity with data analysis, benchmarking, cost benefit analysis modelling and high level of attention to detail.

  • Experience in the day-to-day management of a finance function and team.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • ACCA/ACA/CTA or other relevant professional 

    certification.

  • In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and payroll.

  • Ability to present at board meetings and prepare financial presentations.

  • Strong leadership skills and the flexibility to grow with the company.
